Lorenzo Riccardi Appointed Arbitrator of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC)

Following the selection procedure of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center, "SHIAC"), Lorenzo Riccardi has been appointed as an arbitrator of SHIAC .

As one of China's most influential international commercial arbitration institutions, SHIAC’s panel comprises arbitrators from multiple countries and regions. It serves as a core platform for resolving international economic and trade disputes and supporting Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion.

This appointment is high recognition by SHIAC of Lorenzo Riccardi's professional expertise and standing in international commercial arbitration, cross-border investment, and trade compliance.

Lorenzo Riccardi is the Chairman of the EU SME Centre, State Representative of Italy to the European Chamber, and Managing Partner of RsA Asia. He is based in Shanghai, where he focuses on business and tax law, assisting foreign investments in China and East Asia, and has taught at leading academic institutions including Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
