We are pleased to inform you about the webinar “China, US and the World: Geo-Economic Trends” organized by RsA Asia and Shanghai Jiaotong University that will be held onsite at SJTU campus and online via Zoom webinar, on July 11 2020.
US and China are the two largest economies of the world, the two countries trade and invest globally with geo-economic influence in every region. US has the world's largest GDP, while China has the top GDP based on purchasing power parity (PPP), the two countries have similar territorial extension but different size in terms of population. Washington and Beijing have signed double tax treaties, free trade agreements, and regional partnership agreements with most of world’s nations. The course highlights key macroeconomic data, trade agreements and duties policies between China, US and the world to show main geo-economic trends.
