We are pleased to inform you about the lecture “Legal framework for the protection of intellectual property in China – focus on trademarks” organized by RsA Asia and the EBA program which will be held on July 13th 2021.
【Contents】
The primary objective of the course is to develop a comprehensive understanding of trademarks in both academic and practical perspectives. This course will cover all major elements of trademarks focusing on registration and regulatory procedure, through the use of case studies and real-world applications to develop skills necessary to prepare and evaluate their trademark protection strategy.
