China-Italy Heritage Dialogue 10 Jun

We are pleased to inform you about the event “China-Italy Heritage Dialogue", on June 10th, 2023.

China and Italy are respectively the major representatives of Eastern and Western civilizations. Being two countries with numerous world heritage sites recognized by UNESCO, China and Italy have equally important responsibilities in the protection, rehabilitation and enhancement of these natural and cultural heritages.

Mutual appreciation of civilizations is a "golden key" which has allowed the two countries to maintain a close dialogue up to now, based on mutual esteem and influence; China and Italy are two different civilizations that interact thanks to their diversity, learning from each other. China has launched the Global Civilization Initiative, examining the characteristics of different civilizations from new angles.
