The General Office of the State Council has issued the official public holidays in China for 2023.
There are currently seven official public holidays in China, which are:
New Year’s Day, from December 30th, 2022 to January 2nd,2023 (three days).
Spring Festival, from January 21st to January 27th, 2023 (seven days), with two make-up days on January 28th and January 29th, 2023
Qingming Festival, on April 5, 2023 (one day).
Labour Day, from April 29th to May 3rd, 2023 (five days), with two make-up days on April 23rd and May 6th, 2023.
Dragon Boat Festival, from June 22nd to June 24th (three days), with one make-up day on June 25th, 2023.
Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, from September 29th to October 6th, 2023 (eight days), with two make-up days on October 7th and October 8th, 2023.
