Fujian is a province located southeastern coast of China. It is known for numerous industries including textiles, machinery manufacturing, electronics, building materials, and tourism. With its capital Fuzhou, With an area of 124,000 square kilometers and a population of 40 million, the province has administration over 9 prefecture-level cities, among which Fuzhou is its capital.

Fujian generated RMB 4.88 trillion in GDP in 2021 up 8 % compared to the previous year, while the province's imports and exports volume soared 30.9 % year-on-year to RMB 1.84 trillion in 2021.

In 2021, 8,302 foreign trade entities were established in Fujian province, and 2,352 of those entities generated a total of 95.2 billion yuan in exports, driving the province's exports up by about 11.2 percentage points.
