China and Asia-Pacific FTA, RCEP, TPP 8 Dec

We are pleased to inform you about the lecture “China and Asia-Pacific FTA, RCEP, TPP" which will be held on-line and on-site on December 8th, 2020.

The lecture will cover the different Free Trade Agreements (FTA) between different Asia Pacific nations which are in effect and will also refer to the new Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement. The RCEP is a trade pact between the 10-member ASEAN bloc, along with China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. The RCEP includes 20 chapters, over 513 pages which makes it the lengthiest free trade agreement signed by China to date. Also included in the lecture is the potential for Chinese involvement in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement.
